Client-owned intellectual property remains the property of the client as defined in individual project agreements.

• Fees for services will be communicated prior to engagement
• Payments must be made according to agreed terms
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

Our services may integrate or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content or services
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party platforms

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results will meet specific expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYPT Media PVT LTD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XYPT Media PVT LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
