Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At XYPT Media Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality IT services, digital solutions, and technology products to our clients. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that our services meet expectations. However, in certain situations, a client may request cancellation or a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service or subscription by contacting our support team or through the account dashboard (if available).

For subscription-based services, cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but the current billing period will remain active until its expiry unless otherwise specified.

For project-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Full Refund

A full refund may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service was purchased but not yet initiated or activated.
  • The client cancels the service within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no work has started.
  • The service cannot be delivered due to technical or operational issues from XYPT Media Pvt Ltd.

Requirements

To process a refund request, clients may be required to provide:

  • Order or invoice details
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed by our support team before approval.

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The project or service has already started, but the client requests cancellation before significant progress has been made.
  • The service becomes partially unavailable due to technical issues on our end.

The refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • Work completed
  • Resources used
  • Time spent on the project

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Completed Services

If the service or project has already been fully delivered or completed, refunds will not be applicable.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be granted if the client decides to cancel the service after work has started due to:

  • Change in business requirements
  • Change of decision
  • Lack of understanding of the service features

Client-Side Delays

Refunds will not be issued if delays or issues arise due to:

  • Failure to provide required information or materials
  • Delayed approvals or feedback from the client
  • Client-side technical limitations

Third-Party Services

If the service involves third-party tools, APIs, licenses, hosting, or domain purchases, those costs are non-refundable once purchased.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited through the original payment method used during the purchase.
